Providing the returning product is in the same condition you received it in and has not been used, the product can be returned within 7 days of receiving it. The buyer will need to inform control 101 in writing within this 7-day period. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for carriage and packaging and any tracking. Once received your refund will be processed, this can take up to 28 days from the day the goods arrive back at control 101’s office
