The 600 series has 3 selections to make a basic control cabinet these selections are the  enclosure, mains circuit, and the control board (Please note there is an additional selection for who is supplying the control board). Once you have a basic cabinet you can move on to select what ancillary equipment you would like to add such as PSU's, Loop detection, magnetic lock relays, time switches, key switches, E-Stop, door plates battery brackets.

The 600 series offers a control cabinet solution for your business saving you time and money. Save time on-site with a standard design, that all your team can work from. Simplifying installations, no need to spend time designing and building every cabinet. Simply make your basic selection and add the ancillary equipment and await delivery. Once your control cabinet arrives make your alterations to the booklet, if required. Then when attending site, mount cabinet, gland off field wiring, terminate field wiring, configure the input/output din rail and your up and running to commission the gate.

Additional benefits of the 600 series is adaptability, due to the design/layout of the 600 series cabinets you can add or remove ancillary equipment after the installation has been completed. Change how the control cabinet works with ease and without having to dramatically change the design of the control cabinet. For example say a customer has had a double leaf gate automated six months ago and now require a free to exit loop to be installed to work via a time switch, these components can be added with ease, without having to completely rewire the control cabinet, resulting in a quicker turn around time on site and a simpler approach for attending engineers.

A further function of the 600 series is the simple approach to fault finding. Being able to see how the cabinet is wired either by the booklet or by the way the input/output din rail is configured, saves time and simplifies the diagnosis process, and being able to quickly isolate and test field wiring circuits is a game changer.
