600 SERIES

The 600 series control cabinets have been designed to serve a broader range of applications, including both domestic and commercial settings. These cabinets are intended to offer a versatile and adaptable solution that can accommodate various installation requirements.

The 600 series has 3 selections to make a basic control cabinet these selections are the enclosure, mains circuit, and the control board (Please note there is an additional selection for who is supplying the control board). Once you have a basic cabinet you can move on to select what ancillary equipment you would like to add such as PSU's, Loop detection, magnetic lock relays, time switches, key switches, E-Stop, door plates battery brackets.

Benefits of the 600 series is adaptability, for example say a customer has had a double leaf gate automated six months ago and now require a free to exit loop installed to work via a time switch, these components can be added with ease without having to rewire the control cabinet resulting in a quicker turn around time on site and a simpler approach for attending engineers and installers.

Control 101 offers basic cabinet solutions for manufactures, each control cabinet comes with a GRP enclosure, 016 mains circuit which is the same as loom 004, Internal Double Pole Isolator, 10A MCB

CONTROL BOARD

Control boards can be either supplied by control 101 or by you depending on your situation. If you are supplying the control board then this will need to be sent to control 101. Copy and paste which applies to you best and don't forget to add the make and model i.e. BFT - RIGEL 6, ROGER TECHNOLOGY - EDGDE 1

Control 101 are to supply the control board -

Each 600 cabinet control board whether supplied by you or control 101 will have a loom and din rail terminal which are wired to the 3rd din rail.

POWER SUPPLY UNITS (PSU's)

Each power supply unit is wired from a fuse on the mains circuit and the output is wired to the 3rd din rail with 4 terminals with 2 x bridges for positive and negative.

DOUBLE POLE RELAYS

Double pole relay can be used with PSU's to provide switched power supplies for magnetic locks. Each relay is wired to the 3rd din rail where it can be wired/configured to work with the control board.
