CONTROL 101 Ltd Design, build & supply control cabinet solutions for automated gate installers

Automated swing gates control cabinets come in four different sizes to suit the type of system required. The four different types are explained below. 

400 Series

400 Series
400 Series

Designed for the domestic market the 400 series swing gate control cabinet features, Filtered Mains Distribution, 4 fuse carriers, Earth & Neutral blocks, Central Earthing point, and Double Pole Isolation. Mounting brackets for PCB's and Din rail for Ancillary Equipment, such as PSU's, Edge controllers, timer relays etc..
Sold with out control boards and can be bought as a single purchase or at a discounted price when 5 or more are purchased.
 

600 Series

600- GRP Enclosure
600 Series
600 - Series

Designed for the domestic and commercial markets the 600 series swing gate control cabinet features, Filtered Mains Distribution, 3 fuse carriers, Earth & Neutral blocks, Central Earthing point, and Double Pole Isolation, with additional options such as E-STOP's, external rotary isolation and internal/external 3 pin socket. Din rail for Ancillary Equipment, such as PSU's, Edge controllers, timer relays etc..

The 600 series also has the option for a door plate giving added space to add batteries or access control equipment.

700 Series

Designed for the commercial markets the 700 series swing gate control cabinet features 2 x control board mounting space's, Filtered Mains Distribution, 2 MCB's for independent supply, 2 fuse carriers per control board (giving 4 in total), Earth & Neutral blocks, Central Earthing point, and Double Pole Isolation, with additional options such as E-STOP's, external rotary isolation and internal/external 3 pin socket. Din rail for Ancillary Equipment, such as PSU's, Edge controllers, timer relays etc..

200 Series
